Time waits for no one "Time waits for no one." Whether we are ready or not, time keeps racing forward. We might postpone a decision or delay the effort to reach a goal. We might wait for favorable circumstances to arise. Yet, we cannot halt the passage of time. Whether we like it or not, the gift of time is placed in our hands at the very start of the day. Should we really let this gift slip away while we are still on our journey, only to stand there empty-handed? We are meticulous about how we spend money, yet we fail to plan how we spend our time. We spend our lives waiting for this and that; having lost the very time we spent waiting, we continue to let our days pass in a state of endless waiting.
